Battle for the Bay



A pirate-themed Real Time Strategy (RTS) game created during a three-week Game Design and Development course. Developed using C# and Unity 3D, this project involved collaboration with peers, utilization of Git for version control, participation in game brainstorming sessions, and adherence to an agile-style development approach.

Player movement and special abilities:
- Single bullet: Basic projectile to target enemies.
- Shotgun: Multiple bullet spread for hitting multiple or wide targets.
- Fire: Unleashes a blaze to deal consistent damage over time.
- Player upgrade system: Players can upgrade both their ship and base using collected or earned points.
- Player and enemy AI minion system: Features intelligent steering behaviors, ensuring minions react naturally and strategically to in-game scenarios.
- Attacking towers and structure health: Players must target and bring down enemy towers as a primary objective to secure a win.
- HUD & Minimap: Provides players with crucial real-time information, ensuring they are always aware of the game's status and their surroundings.
- Scoring system and online highscore server: Players can earn points based on their performance and compete for the top spot on the global leaderboard.
